Genesis 35:11 (NIV) – And God said to him, “I am God Almighty; be fruitful and increase in number. A nation and a community of nations will come from you, and kings will be among your descendants.”
Comment: The Lord blessed Jacob, he was no longer called by his original name, he was named Israel.
I just think it’s crazy that when God says “in the beginning “he is literally creating time and the birth of our world as well as the universe “

God is our strength, he is our portion. Every step of our journey, God is with us. He told us to be strong and courageous.
