Incredible! So many take aways. This Law of the Lid is truly a foundational law. 1) Take responsibility – “It is easier to go from failure to success than excuses to success.” 2) The most important thing you can do is raise your leadership level – The day I learned there was such thing as leadership training and your leadership number can be raised, my ENTIRE life changed for the better. 3) EVERYTHING RISES AND FALLS ON LEADERSHIP – I could teach on this for hours and days. Totally agree with the firing of the person who led a company to bankruptcy.
It is important to note that I have discovered that by putting GOD FIRST in one’s life, our leadership number naturally rises. For example, making a point to get to church on time, to put God first in this instance and not be late on Sundays when visiting his house, that alone will teach us discipline and making plans to get to places on time. In addition, this changes our mindset to line up with a WINNER mentality and not a losing, quitting mentality.
